THECOCOA shoreline identity landscape
00 / FoundationA monochrome shoreline field makes the name and the beach premise immediately recognisable.
01 / PREMISE

The reason
for the work.

A disposable cup can still carry the memory of a place.
A / CONTEXT

A Maven Studio beach-kiosk cup concept built around the idea that packaging can carry the tactile memory of the shoreline.

B / CHALLENGE

Create a beach identity without bright tropical clichés, literal waves or a logo simply placed on a standard disposable cup.

C / RESPONSE

Monochrome relief, flowing sand-like form and restrained typography turn the cup and service tray into a quiet seaside object.

02 / SYSTEM LOGIC

What holds
it together.

A project becomes a system when each choice supports the same position—and still works when the format changes.

01MATERIAL

Shoreline translated into relief

Layered monochrome form suggests sand and water through texture rather than adding a decorative wave graphic.

02OBJECT

The cup is the memory carrier

The most frequently held surface becomes the project centre, making the identity physical and repeatable.

03RESTRAINT

Beach without tropical noise

A neutral palette and controlled typography preserve calm, allowing product and place to remain the experience.

03 / APPLICATIONS

The system
has to travel.

Identity is tested where people actually meet it: on a shelf, in a hand, across an image, inside a presentation or through a space.

05 / HUMAN LENS

Small objects become souvenirs when they preserve the feeling of where they were held.

The human lens informs the creative choices; it is not presented as a claim that design can control behaviour.
